That's right, I like sit ups (AKA crunches etc) better than press ups. Press ups are too easy, and sit ups tend to tire me out. I like it cos of this, as you can easily do as many as 100 before bed, it tires you out, so you can just sleep easier and deeper. I personally do around 30 per night, though lately I'm tending to just do as many until it starts to hurt.
Do be careful on how many you do, as it can bruise your muscles if they aren't used to it. Sit ups do make your stomach level out quicker than press ups also.
